DEVASUTRA, operated by Devasutra Lifestyle LLP, offers spiritual and lifestyle products intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, copy, or tamper with the website or its content in any unauthorized manner.

Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing details. However, occasional errors may occur. All applicable taxes, including GST, are calculated and displayed during the Shopify checkout process before payment confirmation.

Orders

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or successful verification in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• COD orders that are not OTP verified may be automatically cancelled within a few minutes for security and operational reasons.
• DEVASUTRA reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational limitations.

Payments

We accept payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and Shopify’s secure checkout system. Your payment details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.

Limitation of Liability

DEVASUTRA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product ordered.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to the website or transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

DEVASUTRA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
