Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DEVASUTRA, operated by Devasutra Lifestyle LLP, we take immense pride in offering authentic spiritual products inspired by Indian traditions and sacred practices. Due to the spiritual and sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict cancellation, refund, and replacement policy to preserve product integrity and customer trust.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order is confirmed, our team begins processing it immediately to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Therefore, cancellation requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Charges Policy

  • DEVASUTRA does not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the 1-hour cancellation window.
  • In cases where DEVASUTRA cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability or logistics constraints, the customer will receive a full refund without any deductions.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 1-day replacement policy only for products that are damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
  • Customers must contact us within 1 day of receiving the order and provide mandatory proof such as unboxing videos and images.
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for size issues, quality preferences, or change of mind.
  • Products that are damaged by the customer, washed, used, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for replacement or return.
  • Please carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing an order.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 1 day via email with your order details and issue description.
  2. Share the required unboxing video and images for verification.
  3. Once approved, send the unused product back in its original packaging.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
  5. For approved exchanges, a flat fee of ₹200 may be charged towards shipping and handling.
  6. After verification and applicable payment, the replacement product will be dispatched along with tracking details.

Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution

Once a complaint is raised through our support channels, our team will acknowledge it within 48 hours. We aim to resolve all customer concerns within 30 days from the date of complaint receipt.

Note: In unforeseen situations, DEVASUTRA reserves the right to void shipments and process refunds wherever applicable. We also reserve the right to refuse any return or replacement request that does not comply with our policy guidelines.
